Rather than a verse by verse exposition of the Revelation, Dr Henry T. Hudson follows what he calls “A Pass in Review.”  He is interested more in the sweep of the book than in the jots and tittles. His conviction is that when a reader is able to comprehend the interrelationships between the various sections he will be able to apprehend its main message. As stated in this book, he does not want “any single tree” to block the view of the whole forest.

The Kingdom of God is a subject that could be considered as one of the main themes of the Bible. While it seems evident that the contemporaries of the Lord Jesus Christ understood what both Christ and the apostles were preaching when they focused on the kingdom of God, it seems paradoxical that the Christian world today seems to be greatly confused over its significance. This video series sheds light on the preaching and on its relevance to Christians today.

Prompted by a friend, I began a serious study of Paul's last epistle. I was richly blessed. Imagine, Paul knows his days are numbered. He has an appointment with the executioner. His concerns focus on encouraging his son in the faith, a timid young man suffering from physical ailments. He realizes that there are present many false teachers, and there is the prospect of increased persecution. Keep all of this in mind when you read and study this epistle.
